Checked in online. Arrived about 5 minutes later. Walked in to the salon, right behind another customer who had not checked in online. The only stylist in the place didn't even check me in. She just took the guy who literally walked in right in front of me. I stated that I had checked in online. She said "okay" and continued to speak to the guy before me. If it's first come first serve, why bother checking in online? The poor attitude didn't help. I left after that as I won't be getting my haircut here anymore.
