Fast food? Someone send a memo. Worst service, most unprofessional staff anywhere. That starts from management all the way through. No one has a filter, whether it's a discussion about a guest, or their own personal work woes. If you ask for anything, ie ketchup, expect to be ignored if they are even remotely busy. When you call them out on it, you will be told that they were "working on it". I realize that is simply McDonald's, but this is excessively bad. On every occasion.
