This salon looks like it can't make up it's mind. They look/advertise like a Super Cuts (Walk-in's Welcome!) but the prices are more mid-range and then they offer more high end treatments like colors and perms. I went in on a weekday at about 2:30 in the afternoon. There were 3 stylists in there. One was with a customer, one was checking a customer out, and the other was standing there messing with her cell phone. No one was in the waiting area. While I waited for the person checking out to finish paying, the first thing I noticed was the pricing list on the wall was higher than what I'd seen on their website. The website says $18 for a cut and shampoo and the price on the wall said $21 or $22 (can't remember). I thought, "whatever, I'm already there and it's just a few bucks". Once the lady in front of me is done paying I ask the girl at the counter for a haircut. She (rudely) tells me that no one is available until 6pm. Seriously? Why say that you take walk-ins and have stylists sitting around texting when it's an almost 4 hours wait to get service. The cut would have taken either of them 15 mins tops and it didn't look like anyone else would be arriving for an appointment any time soon. Needless to say, I did not take that 6pm appointment and ended up going somewhere else instead.
