The delivery and customer service at the Charlotte Observer STINKS, SUCKS. WHY, I repeat WHY is it so hard to get my daily newspaper in full? Lately on Wednesdays, I don't receive the weekly grocery ads, WHY? When I call the customer service number, I hear the same thing...I'm SO sorry you didn't get it. The "so-called" supervisor Greg Depaola seemed so concerned, but his service also SUCKS. So far, I've had to call 22 times and I better get credit for the 22 times.
