If the managers were required to use the ice coming out of the ice machine on 3rd floor, I bet they'd bring it up to date on its maintenance! There were a couple large chunks of brown material in the bottom of my water glass and a lot of them in the bottom of the ice bucket after all the ice had melted. It's repulsive and a health hazard. Some of the bigger ones looked like a scab and a dead bug, and the smaller ones were just indistinguishable dirt. When I reported it at checkout, the employee said she would schedule maintenance, but did not apologize or offer any resolution.
Analog TV, mold in the bathroom, musty air conditioner, stains on the carpet, a substance that appears to be blood on the wall...are they trying to compete with Motel 6??
