The way Maid by Design conducts business is absolutely appalling.
First, it is damn near impossible to get in contact with anybody. I tried for 2 weeks before someone finally got back to me. And it was via text message or email. I have not been able to speak to a live person.
Secondly, despite "being on the schedule" for my appointment today. They never showed up. I called numerous times today, again to no avail.
Lastly, when someone finally answered the phone today, I was hung up on.
I would avoid this business AT ALL COSTS. I've already reported them to LivingSocial and I don't expect their business to be around much longer.
AVOID MAID BY DESIGN. You've been warned.
