I would agree with the other reviewers. I did not have a problem with scheduling though. But I was very unhappy with the work done. I had him install two fans for me. Previously both had worked from switches on the wall. After the new fans were installed they only worked from pull chains and when I told him that would not work because I'd have to stand on my bed to turn off the light, he told me that the problem was with the fan I bought.
When I told him that would not work and he'd have to take it down so I could return it, he told me he would charge me to take it down. I told him the fan was inoperable as installed and he told me he didn't know I wanted the wall switch to work. In his mind, it was operable because there was a way to turn it off and on, though quite inconvenient. .
So now I'm going to have to have someone who is more knowledgeable come and redo what he did. And I paid him $350 for installing three light fixtures (his worker did those and they seem fine), two fans and a few other minor fixes. And that was with my groupon. Since it would have been $450 without the groupon, It was a totally absurd amount of money to pay for work that doesn't -- well, work.
I read the reviews but went forward with him anyway thinking that the work I had was so minor, I wouldn't have issues. If you are reading this, I would advise you to think twice.
