My son attended for almost a year. He liked his teachers, but a big problem was how often his teachers changed. Along with a change in hours (closing at 530 instead of 6), this was a problem that pushed us to find new care. There was also an issue with checks. While parents had to pay on time in order to avoid late fees (that part is fine!), the checks weren't deposited for a month, and then I would have 3-4 checks get deposited at once, so if I hadn't been keeping track I would have gotten overdrafted. This isn't okay. I mentioned this issue to the manager and while she said she would do better, nothing changed. My son hasn't been at Kid City since the end of July. Yet, I am STILL having checks deposited in SEPTEMBER. This is crazy, and unacceptable. One of the checks they deposited yesterday is from JUNE ?! Totally disorganized.
