I'm torn about this review because I do think the ultrasound technicians are good. The area is clean and well decorated. However expect to wait. Of the 4 times I've had to come here, 2 of the times I've waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. One of the times there was a scheduling error but I wasn't notified of the error until I went to the front to tell them that I've been waiting for 30 minutes. When I approached the front they said that the daylight savings time messed up the schedule and even though my appointment was at 2:30, it showed up at 3:30. I checked in at 2:25 and they didn't think to mention that?! The gal at the front said it's been happening all day but she thought I was just an hour early for my appointment. The front desk staff was apologetic and rescheduled me but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.
The services there are great but need improvement on the scheduling and wait times.
