The thing about Cost Cutters is that you never know who you're going to get, and therefore, what to expect. I've had three haircuts at this location. Sometimes they wind up being okay, but I haven't been that pleased with them overall. I'm not sure why I keep going back other than that it is cheap and convenient. The first haircut involved a stylist cutting about 2" more of my hair off than I had requested. When I mentioned that it seemed shorter than I had expected, her response was: "It's cute." The second time, the stylist was very, very sick (sneezing, running off to blow her nose, etc.)- didn't instill a lot of faith in me as someone whose head she was touching. The third time was just kind of a bad haircut. I am done going to Cost Cutters. If your needs are simple and you are easy to please or you know one of the stylists, this place is probably okay.
