My husband and I came to The Accident Dr. to renew our medical cards for CDL and as always Dr. Paules office was slammed with patients waiting to be seen. However, we have been coming to Dr. Paule for the past 6 years and it's nothing out of the ordinary to see his waiting room full. He does not require appointments and his rate for your medical card is pretty inexpensive. $35. Although there are lots of people, the staff is always very friendly and they do their job as best as they can with trying to get people in and out. After about 2.5 hours we were called in by one of the girls for a urine sample, vision test, and vitals. That takes no more than 3 minutes. Once that was done we were then called by Dr. Paule. He's always so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It didn't take more than 10 minutes before we were in and out of his office to paying for our cards and walking out the door. I'm sure for most people it's frustrating to see the waiting room full of people, meaning you'll probably be there for a while... but like I said, the staff does their job well and as best as they can with the time given. It was what it is guys.
