Update: MIB recently switched me to a new cleaning crew. The new crew is very reliable (no last-minute cancellations); and they've been doing a great job on the cleaning.
I've been using Maids in Blue for a few months, on a regular bi-weekly schedule. The cost is reasonable, staff are very friendly, and the cleaning has ranged from good to excellent. The website scheduling is very convenient, and makes it easy to change the cleaning date when necessary. I like the email reminders 'cause sometimes I forget. :-)
A couple of times MIB has had to change my cleaning dates / times due to their own scheduling or staffing issues but I'm able to be flexible so this wasn't a problem for me. And I've had good communication and excellent service from the owner as well as the supervisor who oversees the staff in my area.
