I have been facing constantly calling issues. I have changed recently my sim card and had a conversation with a technical support assistant (I even went to this store and they couldn't help me other than changing my sim card), but no one could fix my call dropping issues. My phone calls either drop within 2 to 3 minutes or I cannot even make or receive any phone calls (it say "call ended" without making any call). I was supposed to have an important phone call with a Managing Director of a Forbes 100 company, but could not receive any phone calls since Freedom shut down its system that day and all calls were blocked (that's at least what the sales person indicated to me). This is the last time I am reaching out. If my phone calls drop again, I will switch to another provider and never come back to Freedom Mobile as my friends have already done so. I will make sure that all my other friends switch as well. I am paying more than a $100 (sometimes even close to $200) a month. So why should I have business with a provide who cannot even provide sustainable phone call connections? Ridiculous. Switch to another provider!
