We had a reservation for 20 for a birthday party at the hibachi grill at 5pm. When we arrived, they said the reservation was only for 10 & they could not seat us. They did not offer us any alternatives like main dining room seating & were content to turn our entire party away. It ruined our night & our friends' birthday. This place seriously needs to get it's reservations system in order. Bye bye forever from 20 Vegas locals.
