I contacted Artistic Iron before the beginning of summer because my gates to my backyard and pool were broke. I have dogs and a two year old! I stressed the urgency of replacing them as quickly as possible to avoid any accidents. Jesse came to our home and was great! He measured, went over color and design with us. He then emailed drawings and the price immediately. We also paid this in full because we needed it done right away. I feel like our project kept being pushed back for other jobs. We were scheduled for install then pushed back several times. When I say several- I mean it is now Sept. 1st and my fences are being installed. We really thought things were going well at the beginning and added a second job on that was not an emergency and that job was done August 31st.
I called the office several times for a job status update and NEVER got correct answers. In fact I was told I missed phone calls and emails; which is literally impossible in this day and age of cell phones.
I will say the finished product is beautiful!!! I love it! If you don't have to be on any kind of schedule and can wait what ever amount of time they feel like; then this is the place to get fences and gates.
