I drove in for my appointment from Scottsdale because I read great reviews about the Gilbert location for the Lash and Sugar Company. I requested to have Kayla for my appointment because I read such great things. My first appointment was less than amazing. My lash technician talked about her sexual experiences with men and drugs the entire time. On top of that, I kept my lashes dry and didn't touch them and yet I had half of the lashes on my outer left corner fall out within 2 hoursI came back for a fill 2 days later and Emily (I think was her name) was wonderful! Fast forward 2 weeks, I had to reschedule my fill appointment because I was in surgery at work long into the evening. I rescheduled and on Sunday morning, called as soon as they opened to find out what time my appointment was at. I received a call back hours later and was told I missed my appointment and that I was going to be charged the full amount (without warning me) even though I still wanted to come in that day. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know- you do not get the treatment you would expect at any respectful establishment. Will never be back again.

A manager did reach out to me to apologize for my experience and the appointment fee, which was very greatly appreciated. However, my engagement photos are now next week and I will need to pay another $150+ for a new full set since my lashes have pretty much all fallen out in the last 2 weeks. Such a disappointing experience during what should be an exciting time.
