Run, do not walk away from this place. They had my trailing arms in for rebuild for 4 months! (I was quoted 10-14 days when I dropped them off)
I heard every excuse in the book... "Nate had to fire the guy that was working on them", "we cannot find castle nuts" (although when I looked they were available everywhere, even Amazon) "Your arms are delayed at the powder coater" (THIS one Jen used TWICE, a month apart (she should write down which lie she tells which customer I guess). Guess what? They never did anything but disassemble them - the whole shooting match was returned to me in parts and not powder-coated - what a surprise.
Nate and Jen, the owners, have zero integrity and certainly no pride in their reputations, business OR personal.
