After reading about this company here on yelp I decided to contact them for a window project we are planning to do. I initially spoke to Mike to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He said someone would get back to me that day or the next. After not hearing from anyone after a day or two I called back and spoke to a woman there who apologized and said someone would call me the next day. After another day of waiting with no call back I called again and again after apologies was told that someone would call me back. The next day I was finally contacted and an appointment was set for the next day(Friday). The gentleman called a few hours later to reschedule and we agreed to have him come at 10am Saturday. The guy did not show up. After waiting around a few hours I called them and they sent someone down to take measurements. I was told I would be called back shortly with a quote. I was called back a few hours later and was told they would need an asbestos test performed and if it came back positive would need to pay to have it removed before they would do the work (none of the four other companies I had come out mentioned this at all). It just seemed as though because the job were difficult they did not want to do it, all of these older houses do indeed have asbestos in them unfortunately and I am sure they know this. I still asked for the quote either way and they didn't bother to get back to me with it after almost a week. If you A: Value a timely response or B: have an older home, then this might not be the best company to contact for your window project. Getting these guys to get back to me on an estimate/quote has been quite painful, I had a much better time with all of the other companies I have contacted and had come out for estimates.
