Second try, never returning. I've been in the industry for a long time and I understand things happen but twice within two years means management doesn't care enough to stay on top of their employees. My ceviche was good, not the best I've ever had but edible. My husband's food was just gross - seriously, how do you mess up a sandwich and fries? The fries weren't even cooked all the way. It took the server 45 minutes to take our order, two people at our table waited 15 minutes longer to get their food, beers were warm and mixed drinks ice was melted by the time it got to our table. We would've said something but we only saw our server twice the whole time. I wish the server didn't add gratuity because she certainly didn't deserve it, not to mention adding gratuity automatically now is against the law for a few years now. Maybe if you didn't let your servers add gratuity I wouldn't be writing this review because she may have actually tried to do her job. The one positive was the band was pretty good.
