This place is wonderful! I took my son here for a second opinion after being completely overwhelmed by another orthodontist and I am so happy I did. The office itself is a very calm yet fun invironment. Grandma Bard met us with a warm smile and told us we would be taken back shortly. In less than 10 minutes, Missy greeted us and explained exactly what was going to happen. Dr. Massererman came in and did a thourough exam that included mouth movements and measurements. We reviewed the x-rays and he explained everything to me in a way that I completely understood. Everyone in the office was very nice and made both me and my son feel at ease. We will be staying with this office. I highly recommend!
