As a local CFP Instructor I've have gone to this range as a regular shooter practicing the moves and I have NEVER encountered any rude, non-customer service driven people! Everyone is helpful and will make sure to take care of your every need. The facility is AWESOME....lots of comfortable seating and the way they have their ranges set up is second to none.
Just recently did some video taping for my students and James could not have been more accommodating! Their prices on handguns are some of the lowest I've seen in the valley.
