My husband and I moved from CA due to relocation of my job and we searched through a gazillion apartments. Coronado was the first one we saw and the one that left us most impressed. We lived here through 2 lease terms and overall had a great experience. Most people only comment about the negatives and there are always negatives, regardless of where you live. I can't really think of any complaint to post because our experience was so great. The only thing is the parking isn't the best, however, wherever you rent you are more than likely going to have issues with parking. The grounds are very well kept and the location is the best part. The staff always treated us professional and we especially loved working with the assistant manager Jolette, she is a huge reason why this place left such an impression on us as she offered us general advice with finding an apartment in AZ whether it was with them or someone else. That is great customer service. They are pet friendly and treated our sweet pup, Buddy, really well. The apartments themselves inside are really nice and bright. We really loved how well the grounds were kept, the residents (class) that reside there, and the location. Thanks Coronado for a great 2 years, we always recommend this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
