I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Lance at The Best Detail! They did a complete detail, inside and out, of my 2014 Nissan Frontier. It looked amazing. We settled up and I was happy. The next morning, as I was leaving for work, I looked between the front seat and the console and noticed quite a mess. Crumbs, gum wrapper, etc. I sent Lance a message with a photo of the mess and he responded back immediately. He was so professional and apologetic. He offered to come back out right away and take care of it. It was an easy spot to miss in the first place. I didn't even see it first time around. But another company may not have been too pleased to have to come back out and take care of it. Yet this was not the case with Lance. Not only did he come right back out, he triple checked to make sure that there were no other spots they'd missed, and also offered me a complimentary wash in the future. I was so impressed with his fantastic attitude, not to mention the fact that my truck looked incredible. I will definitely be using The Best Detail again! Thank you Lance for being so understanding and willing to take care of the missed spot on the carpet. You guys are great!
