Okay so I admit I have not written an overly well deserved bad review of this business in the hopes I could someday write a good review of this business. I mean it harms my credibility to continue to purchase vehicles from this dealer and then have said vehicles serviced here knowing their service department is below par (I have other things to call it but keeping it p.c.). I even took my jeep somewhere else those times I felt I simply could not stomach disappointment. Yet I occasionally return ever hopeful. And then today it happened. Thoughtful, engaging and friendly staff throughout (except the employee who sympathetically patted my Denver sweatshirt...well played, sir), job done and vehicle ready and waiting. I always knew the day would come. Please don't change a thing.
