So. Here's the story: I was married, I'm not anymore, and went in here to see what they would give me for my wedding and engagement rings. Now mind you, I had it appraised 3 weeks ago by a VERY reputable jeweler, and not one in every mall. They appraised together for $4200.00.
I walk in and hand them my rings and the appraisal. To make a long story short, a guy in a Jimmy Buffet shirt says to me after a few minutes "ummm, your diamond is testing simulated". Its what? I say. He repeats himself. He was using an electric diamond tester and said "no really, look" and did it again. Are you kidding me? No loop, or you don't know how to use one?
This place is perfect if you want to pawn or sell penny things. They are a joke for big ticket or more pricey items. They just embarrassed themselves.
