I really really want to love this place. There was once a time about 4 years ago that I did but for some reason I feel like the quality has been going down hill. I ordered from my phone to pick it up but there was delay in the ticket machine so when I got there they didn't even have the order ticket yet. The milkshake was great but the burger and fries were kind of soggy and put together sloppy. It was such a disappointment because smash burger used to be SO good. Maybe they'll make some changes and step up their game.
