I went for the first time today. Heard great reviews about their turkey and beef ribs, and wanted to give it a try. Once there, it was said turkey and/or beef ribs had to be 'pre-ordered' at least 2 hours in advance. I understood their reasoning behind it, since pork is a more popular meat. But nevertheless, I was still slightly disappointed. (Since I don't eat pork). I ended up purchasing a 6 wing dinner with yams and macaroni & cheese as my sides. The chicken was good, but VERY small. The yams were good. However a bit too sweet for my liking. The macaroni & cheese was a bit dry with a weird after taste of stuffing...oh god! (Not sure if stuffing got in my mac and cheese or if they actually use stuffing mix as part of the recipe.) But I've never been a fan of stuffing, so I was a little thrown off by the taste. I will say that Showcase has some of the best homemade BBQ sauce I had ever tasted! If i remember to order my ribs in advance I will come back and try different sides.
