Ticked off customer!
About 5:45 PM on 12/21/17 I purchased from the deli 1 LB D&W gourmet lite turkey breast marked on sale @$6.99 per LB. I got home and realized I was charged $8.99. I immediately called and spoke to Ashley telling her of the issue and it needed to be corrected so others wouldn't be overcharged, SHE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I returned at approx. the same time the next day and went to the deli counter and talked to the same guy as the day before and made him aware of the price issue, he checked it and it was still $8.99. I then asked to speak to the store manager which turned out to be Mo Montoya, the director. I told him the issue and immediately got a patronizing attitude in which he focused on getting me a refund. I told him that wasn't the problem, it was that I immediately called Ashley 24 hours earlier and nothing was done and that everyone that purchased this product paid $2.00 per LB too much. He was behind the C.S. counter with Ashley, leaned over to her and made a derogatory comment about me and told her to give me a full refund. If you purchased any of the D&W deli meats on sale that week you got screwed! These sale prices went into effect on the 20th, I wonder how many of you were lured in @ $6.99 like I was?
As far as Mo the director goes..... he's a stooge. Ashley, you're inept.
