Walked in here with my American Express platinum card ready to redo my whole house but apparently because I look young and didn't have a suit on, not one sales associate helped me! I was in the store a total of 15 minutes and there was not one person in there but me and three employees, at one point I even said hey how are you doing to a sales associate which didn't even granite a response... I've never been so disrespected in a store. I will never go here again Virginia tile here I come.
