Completely incompetent I call and tell them my insurance and request an appointment. Had to wait 2 months. With cardiac symptoms that's already not good. Finally the day comes and I show up and they tell me that they scheduled me with a dr who isn't registered with my insurance yet. My only option is to reschedule. They managed to fit me in at the other office across town. So now I have to lug my 1 year old son to another office across town and push back my other appointments. Staff should be trained on how not to be idiots
