Unprofessional. I had to call 3 times for service..so I wrote them off.
They lied about not having a phone number or gate code. Customer service is badly trained, blames customer multiple times. Disorganized Stay away

I stand by my comments above. You simply want to cover up and discredit a bad review. I challenge you to post the actual phone call transcripts where you lie about me insulting your staff. You did not offer to have the technician go to my home immediately either. Not only your company is disorganized, it is simply utterly unprofessional. It simply lies as if it was normal business. Pathetic. Stay away.
