The worst service I have ever seen. The manager "******" does not give this place justice. This is a highly rated place but when it comes to understanding customer service she is the worst.
We had a group meal. We all ordered. The waiter brought our the meal and we realized he made a mistake. They have to put the order in. We wait and wait and wait. By the time the meal comes out everyone else has already completed eating. We then tell the manager we do not want the meal. She says okay but persist on charging us for the meal because we were in a group.
Manager. How do you charge someone for a meal they did not eat.
