The front desk people improve a lot on their attitude. The blonde girl still is not pleasant to deal with and still is not flexible at all, but others are nice and I saw new friendly face too. The Asian girl becomes very friendly and flexible, if I come back to do more work it will be because how flexible and nice and convincing she became.
Anyways, back to my visit, I arrived 13 minutes early for my 1 o'clock appointment, even though my appointment starts a bit late after 1, I saw great improvements. Please keep on the good work!
