I've been here a couple of times with a friend of mine and tried their pho. Seated right away. Their chairs are not the most comfortable, and the tables are often sticky. The times I went, there were flies buzzing around and strangers were seated next to you. Amazing price for such a large portion. Didn't taste too bad at all, but didn't have a lot of meat in it at all. I'm sure they're cutting back because the meat hadn't started disappearing until my 3rd time there; although it took a really long time to get to my table. - Around 45 minutes. My friend started talking about how people that came in and ordered after us got their food first. - I was considering leaving 25 minutes in, but I didn't want to wait at another restaurant. Cheap, terrible service but not the worst I've had. 2/5
