My family just stayed there for one night and it was awful
I picked this hotel as have stayed many times at Various Extended Stays which were overall reasonable for the price point
This one was terrible
We arrived late night and the room we had reserved with two queen beds was not available and so was placed in a small room with couch pull out and roll in bed
There were 4 of us and we had not much choice as was nearly 1 am and kids were tired
Biggest beef was the putrid smell of smoke with carpet stains and smokey sheets even though it was a dedicated non smoking room
The room was also filthy and was just disgusting!
I complained to management and haphazardly gave me a discounted rate and we left early in am
I travel much and understand when hotels are not up to par and just let it go but in this case it was beyond neglect
