All I know about the Mesa Police is that one of their commanders officially adjudicated that it was "appropriate" for one of their officers to walk up from behind me and push me and shout, "Get your fucking shit" and to them grab me, slam me against a wall, throw me on the ground and then back off when he saw a witness across the street. Within two minutes he and his three colleagues were gone. I was not arrested, charged or cited. In their letter to me they called the officers actions, "conduct unbecoming and excessive force". And "appropriate" Let me quote that "appropriate" defender of the public again, "GET YOU FUCKING SHIT"
