I love my new 2015 Camry XLE and they was good to me upon purchasing the vehicle. I had a good and fun experience while I was there. I had a trade in and they help me out through the process toy new loan. Everything is good until I had a late payment on my previous loan they should have been paid off. So I call to get the situation resolved but everytime I call I get hang-up or send to voice box to leave a message. After leaving a message two days in a row. I tried to talk to the salesperson that sold me the vehicle and did my trade-in. But that was not successful either, I got hang-up again. I had to call to my first loan (the vehicle I trade-in) to freeze the account and resolve the late payment. I'm hoping it will be paid off before the end of this month or the first week of next month. But all of all it's not a bad place or service is because I am NOT a new buyer.
