Great service, but Angry Dog was not angry enough. It didn't kick me off my chair and make me yelp OMG DAWG YA GOTTA TRY THIS, IT'S SPICYDOCIOUS! I'd suggest use a hot link, add some cilantro (mine had just mild cabbage as the slaw) use the Korean toasty tasty sesame oil (dark caramel brown oil, ooh) and minced spicy jalapeño to the slaw, spicier pork, and more siracha to flame it up. The chopped jalapeño on mine had zero kick, like munching a crunchy mild green pepper (it was fresh, which is good). Love the creativity on the menu though, headed straight here from the airport. Maybe I was expecting too much. I thought the Angry Dog I got was actually called a Happy Puppy. It's good, just not spicy hot like the name suggests.
