I ordered takeout from here last weekend. The food was average but the service was lousy. It was my first time ordering from there so I looked up the menu online. I didn't see any of the sides listed, so when ordering my meal (crab cake sandwich) I asked the person over the phone what their side options are. This is how the convo went:
Me: What sides do you have?
Her: Well what would you want?
Me: What are my options?
Her: Well you can tell me what you want and I'll tell you if we can make it.
Me: Okay.. uh.. do you have french fries of some sort?
Her: No. We fry nothing here.
Me: Never mind, I'll just take the sides that it comes with.
Seriously?? You couldn't even put in the effort to make a suggestion? It was really bizarre, not to mention annoying. The food wasn't good enough for me to rush back.
