Haha, this place is being billed as luxury living? I think the formica counters, 2 inch baseboards, matted carpets and rough textured walls disagree. It should be billed as contractor grade living at luxury prices. Upgrades are not allowed. The 1500 per month does not get you location. The outside amenities seemed great from what I saw in my short time there.
