I love the service I get with Dr. Raybon as well as anyone else I come into contact with. Except for one particular employee whose name I will not state. Every time I come into contact with her she talks down to me and is extremely impatient. She will hang up on you multiple times and cut you off mid sentence. If you don't know exactly what you're wanting out of the conversation just don't call. You will feel her wrath. I have filed complaints of her multiple times and don't understand why a healthcare facility would allow such treatment of their patients.
