Horrible customer service! I went in to buy a winter jacket, couldn't get help until I asked the manager to find someone to help me and then the girl told me to come back another day. Maybe I'm missing something but I thought the idea was to get customers in the store to buy things versus turning them away and telling them to come back another day? I was prepared to buy a $500 jacket that day, now I won't ever step in that store again. Parking is terrible and the parking attendants aren't much help, two minor accidents happened waiting to exit parking lot.
