Hong-Kong bakery style. If you don't know what that is, it's basically a bakery that sells (usually) sweet buns for 2 or less. Lots of variety to choose from. Biggest cocobun ive encountered so far. Mostly Chinese-style buns (red bean, custard, plain white cream, etc). They have a salty section too, if you are looking for a quick snack. They recently added jamaican patties to the stock and I've even seen a hawaiian pizza. Pork buns, chicken buns, hotdogs, bacon and shallots, etc. Its not amazing (as some of the buns have a lot more bread than filling), but good if you want more bang for your buck. I recommend giving the custard ones a try. Usually filled. They sell decent bubble tea too. So more of a snack bar or a place to get cheap pastry with a nice hot drink.
