Before going here for the first time tonight, I read a review about Nancy saying how she yawned throughout the massage and other nasty comments that were unnecessary to be told. When I went in, I ended up getting Nancy as my masseuse. She did yawn a few times during my massage, but it didn't bother me and I don't blame her, it's late at night and dark and relaxing in there, plus everyone yawns at work, we are all human. I also found out she only has 1 day off (I asked what her days off are), and I know how tiring that is. That being said, despite her being tired, she gave me the best massage ever. The whole massage was great, but she really went to town on my back, which is my favorite part, and I left feeling highly satisfied. Not to mention she was super sweet. I don't understand why people have such a problem with the tipping. I don't think $20 is outrageous, these people work hard on you and deserve a nice tip! I was so happy with my service, I left more than that.
