My doctor recommended this place so I went after my appointment a couple weeks ago. They had about six different salads that you can mix and match and even try samples of them. I am trying to like kale but didn't care for that sample (bitter). I had the beet salad (with oranges and onion) and the Couscous (with mushrooms and cheese) and they were both really good. You forget you're eating healthy. I can't wait to come back and try the homemade meatballs and more salads. I hope they open another location in Summerlin. It's a welcome addition to Las Vegas. Staff is friendly and interactive.
