My mom upgraded to Windows 10 and it was, well to say it lightly, a disaster. I'm located in Toronto and she's in Montreal, so I wasn't able to provide her with the detailed technical assistance she needed.
She ended up going to Microbytes for assistance. She had previously used Microbytes for computer help. The staff were polite, sweet and VERY helpful! If you have a parent/friend/whatever who needs computer help and can't do it themselves, I would send them to Microbytes in a heartbeat! It's great to know that there are people offering this kind of high service quality in both official languages.
