What a disappointment. Unfortunately, the gals that have done my treatments have been super sweet and wonderful but it's the whole atmosphere that results in a 2/5 rating. Perhaps it's just me but if I'm going somewhere that is working on my delicate areas I'd like the place to be clean. The waiting room chairs are filthy, the stools are beyond torn up, the walls have fluid splash marks, the floors need to be moped, the rugs need to be vacuumed, and the girls at the desk really shouldn't store their endless drinks at the counter. The brand should equal cleanliness not filth. They also missed the mark of customer care when the don't book you with the same person. This is not their practice. "We book the room not the person." I believe I am getting results but I wish I would have researched more before I committed.
