This place must not need business, based on my experience. I have been purchasing elk antler chews for dogs online for years. I thought I'd try to find somewhere locally to buy them, I try to support local business whenever possible. I have bought them by the pound & by the piece from different sellers, never having a problem getting my questions answered when I had them. I called Pawtique to see if they keep them in stock, and they do. The problem is, I was told they were "not allowed to give prices over the phone". I asked if this was because the prices changed depending on availability, or vendor. I was told this was their "policy". Not very helpful, and if you ask me not a very smart way to run a business. If you sell by the pound, tell me. If you sell by the piece, tell me. If price varies based on availability, tell me. None of these questions were answered. It's a shame, I'm spending between $60-80 a month already, so I was a guaranteed repeat customer they let slip through their fingers.
