We bought a new 2018 Rouge from Coulter Nissan in AZ. Plans are to bring it home to CA and register it in CA. Go to the DMV in Santa Clara 3 times only to finally find out that "Mo" at Coutler Nissan(the finance guy) screwed up the title registration request. Instead of Santa Clara he wrote Santa Clarita and we never got the finally registration papers. So finally Santa Clara DMV said to contact Coulter in AZ. Coulter said not their problem contact Nissan Acceptance Corp. I have made 3 DMV visits, and so far 15 phone calls to AZ trying to get the papers needed to change to CA. The last call today said papers will be sent out in 7 to 10 WORKING days(that's two weeks)! Coulter basically said "not our problem" but it is because "Mo" screwed up the paper work and there were also questionable areas of the sale paper that I had to go in and talk to them about. Too bad because I did like our sales man and have bought new Nissans for a lot of years and currently own 3 Nissans. Have to find some other dealer to go to
