Had great experiences at this shop. Friendly staff, awesome selection of gear, and the store is setup nicely.
One thing that really stands out about this place is their repairs. They have an awesome facility with very knowledgeable guitar techs. Brought in one of my guitars which was having some serious buzzing issues, one of the techs took a look and adjusted truss rod and action free of charge. Also went over the frets and gave me a quote if I wanted a few of the high ones to be more levelled.
You can really tell their staff are dedicated, enjoy what they do, and will do everything to make sure you leave the shop satisfied. I'd say the only negative thing about this shop is their repair turn around time can be a month or longer. I can see why because they get so many guitars every day, but it's still a long time to wait, especially for something simple like a typical setup.
